Creators,
š¦ In the grand chessboard of content creation and business ownership, knowing who your ideal audience is akin to possessing the clairvoyance of a grandmaster plotting their next winning move.
Imagine crafting your masterpieces or strategic business plans in the darkālike baking a mystery pie without knowing if your guests prefer sweet or savory.
Ludicrous, right?
Identifying your audience is not just about avoiding the embarrassment of a pie in the face; itās the secret sauce to engaging content that resonates, converts, and ultimately grows your empire.
This isn't merely advice; it's the linchpin in the art of captivating hearts, minds, and, yes, wallets.
Without this knowledge, youāre merely shouting into the voidāentertaining perhaps, but hardly effective.
So, letās wield this power with the finesse of a poet and the acumen of a seasoned entrepreneur. Your audience isn't just out there; they're waiting for you to illuminate their world with your brilliance.

Florida Bans Social Media
Alright, here's the scoop, fresh from the grown-ups' rule book but with an easier-to-swallow twist: Starting January 1, 2025, social media is a no-go zone for people 13 or younger.
Yep, you heard it right!
And if you're in the 14-15 club, you'll need a golden ticket from your parents to join the social media pool.
It's Florida's new rule, and even though agreeing with Florida isn't my daily cup of tea, they might be onto something this time.
But here's the kicker: ensuring everyone follows this rule will be like herding cats.
Watch as the market for "totally legit" IDs (wink, wink) for the under-16 crowd suddenly booms.
As someone with two kids under 13, I wouldn't be mad if this rule went big, coast to coast. It could be our secret weapon against the wild world of TikTok, Meta, and Snap's less-than-awesome side effects.
So, Florida, maybe you're onto something after all!
Market research can be the absolute worstā¦
Oh, the dark ages of market researchāwhen I, a bright-eyed online entrepreneur, waded through the digital swamp of subreddits, blog posts, forums, and the occasional cryptic tweet.
It was like being Sherlock, minus the cool hat and the magnifying glass, trying to piece together the grand mystery of what my audience wanted.
š§© Picture this: me, piecing together a colossal jigsaw puzzle, except every piece is scattered across the internet, and there's no picture on the box to guide me. Each tidbit of insight was a hard-fought victory in understanding my market.
Then came the Herculean task of wrestling these nuggets of gold into an Excel beast, cell by tedious cell. Yeah, it's not exactly the highlight of my entrepreneurial journey.
But behold! Those days are mere shadows of a bygone era. Now, my market research is so swift that I'm left with ample time to indulge in the noble art of Twitter doomscrolling (a significant upgrade, if you ask me).
So, how did I escape the market research maze to embrace the sweet, sweet liberation of efficiency?
Stay tuned for the grand reveal of my top 3 turbo-charged methods!
1) How to use ChatGPT to understand your customerās desires and frustrations
When you want to dive even deeper into a marketā¦
ā¦you need even more specific information about your customer.
Like which frustrations they face.
Or what desires they have.
š©² Or which underpants they wear. Or not.
Use this prompt to get a complete overview of your target market:
āI want you to do customer research for me.
Tell me 10 frustrations, 10 wants, 10 dreams, and 10 fears that [TARGET PERSON] experience related to [YOUR OFFER, LIKE āMARKETINGā, āBRANDINGā, āSALESā, or āOPERATIONS ] exclusively.
The frustrations and wants should come in pairs and be opposites.
The dreams and fears should come in pairs and be opposites.
For example, if the frustration is "Struggles to attract and retain customers due to the perceived complexity and technical nature of AI solutions", the paired want would be "attracts and retains many customers because they've explained their complex product in a simple-to-understand way"
Include results that are specific to the industry and business model. Be as specific as you can.
Format the output of the 10 frustrations, 10 wants, 10 dreams, and 10 fears in a table.ā

Your output will look something like this:
You can use the output to understand your customers better, and as a nice side benefit, you also have 40 things you can write content about for your audience.
Cool, right?
2) How to use AgentGPT to determine market demand for your business
Because it can operate well without much direction, AgentGPT/AutoGPT is for market research like a bar date is for getting to know a person:
š» It doesnāt give you the big picture but is great for getting a first feeling.
Paste this prompt into the āgoalā section of AgentGPT if you are considering entering a new market:
āI am considering starting a business that [WHAT YOU DO, SPECIFICALLY]. However, I'm not familiar with the market. Provide me with an analysis of the current market situation and tell me on a scale from 1-10 how great my business idea is based on market demand, saturation, and my idea's level of differentiation compared to the existing alternatives.ā

Hereās an example output, where I asked AgentGPT to rate the market for email marketing services for AI SaaS founders:
This provides you with useful information to get started in a new market. It increases decision-making speed and hopefully makes you avoid ideas that donāt offer much opportunity.
3) How to use ChatGPT to uncover decision-making biases of your customer
Businesses often overlook how their ideal customers make decisions
The problem:
ā”ļøThis makes them miss out on the richest market treasuresā¦
Because understanding how your prospects make decisions lets you tailor your message to get more clients.
This prompt helps you identify your customersā decision-making biases and understand how you can use them to your advantage:
āI want you to do customer research for me.
Find out if [TARGET ROLE (like āCEOsā] of [NICHE COMPANIES] have any built-in-biases when they make decisions. Explain these biases to me. Then, suggest 5 ways for me to pitch my offer to this target audience that take advantage of this decision-making bias.
I offer [WHAT YOU OFFER, BE SPECIFIC]ā
Hereās what the output can look like:
Using this strategy will empower you to captivate CEOs with your services as effortlessly as a magician pulls rabbits out of a hat, far surpassing how Jordan Belfort peddled dubious penny stocks to the uninformed masses.
Finding impactful negotiations, marketing, or sales ideas is an amazing way.
