🦎 Leverage AI to conduct customer research and create content that overcomes your customers' objections

so you can close more customers and make more $$

Hey there, Creator!

Are you wondering about what content you should write to attract customers?

Are you unable to decide how you should position your offer?

Or do you feel completely aware of your customers’ objections but unable to address them?

If any of the above applies to you, this newsletter edition is for you.

I’ll show you how to conduct expert market research to uncover the answers to almost any business question.

Because regardless of what question you have…

Your customers have ALL the answers.

Market research can tell you:

  • How to position your product

  • How to sell your services

  • Which service to sell

  • How to differentiate from your competition

…and much more.

The only weak spot of market research:

You must get outside the digital wall and talk with your real customers to understand them.

When I partnered on an offer launch called the Anonymous Influencer (which made over $100,000 in 4 days ), we spent months in calls with beta students for the offer to understand how we could create a product that overcame objections and solved a distinct market problem to making money online.

Getting out of the building is and will always be the best market research.

But…

The second best option for market research is to use ChatGPT or any other LLM’s knowledge to do tailor-made research for your brand.

ChatGPT is powerful for market research because it lets you get insights into your unique situation.

You can ask it to hypothesize extremely specific market research - which wasn’t possible with Google before.

You can google “15 biggest frustrations of marketers.”

But you can’t google “top 12 frustrations online entrepreneurs and content creators experience with a monthly income of less than $5,000 experience related to their content creation.”

This is where AI or ChatGPT comes in.

Today, I’ll focus on researching your customers’ objections so you can make more money.

You will learn:

  • How to use ChatGPT to identify your customers’ biggest objections to your product (and counter them!)

  • How to get content ideas that address your customers’ objections

  • 3 ways to create content that addresses your customers’ objections

According to my customer research, you should be excited to dive into the content at this point.

How to use ChatGPT to identify your customers’ biggest objections to your product (and counter them!)

This prompt researches the 15 most common objections of your customers and counterarguments to them (based on your offer):

I need your help to research common objections of my customers, and counterargument them. For context, [INSERT CONTEXT] My offer is to [EXPLAIN OFFER] My target customer is: [INSERT TARGET CUSTOMER] Now that you know about the offer I provide and my target customer, I want you to come up with the 15 most prevalent objections our prospects may have, as well as one counterargument to each of the objections that I can use to persuade customers.
HOW TO USE THE PROMPT:

With all these variables, the more elaborate you are, the better the output will be.

1) Fill in the [INSERT CONTEXT] placeholder with context about your business

  • What is the primary mission or purpose of your business?

  • Are there any unique features or values that set your business apart from competitors?

2) Fill in the [EXPLAIN OFFER] placeholder with information about your offer

  • What is the primary benefit or value of the offer?

  • What deliverables does it include?

3) Fill in the [INSERT TARGET CUSTOMER] placeholder with the target customer you’re promoting your services to

  • What industry are they in?

  • What role do they have?

  • What is their situation?

Here’s an example of how I prompted ChatGPT:

After you’ve used this prompt - don’t close the chat… yet.

Because you’ll follow up with the next prompt immediately:

How to get content ideas that address your customers’ objections

This prompt takes the objections and counterarguments you just uncovered and turns them into content ideas for you:

(important: use this in the same chat directly after the first prompt!)

Well done.

Now, based on the objections and counter arguments I want you to come up with 30 content ideas to educate my target customer on why their objections are invalid.

The content ideas should naturally dismantle the targets’ objections and introduce the counterargument.

Make sure the scope of each content idea fits a Bluesky or TikTok content piece.

I have only 1 constraint for my writing:

All content ideas need to include at least 1 number

Please come up with 30 content ideas, and add 5 bullet points underneath each content idea with the objection, the counterargument, and elaborating on the content idea.

Then draft a script with a hook, story, offer format to create viral videos with.

Your output will be a series of content ideas that address your customers’ objections, similar to this:

Pretty incredible, right?

You can put these ideas in your hip pocket for most of 2025…
